Growth-plan requests and your information.
This notice explains what happens to the information you submit through Fisher’s growth-plan request form.
What we collect
We collect the venue name, work email, venue type, and preferred site language that you provide in the form.
How we use it
We use these details only to review your venue and respond about a Fisher growth plan. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How long we keep it
We keep the request for 90 days, then delete the lead and its queued notification record from the active service. Deleted records may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire or are securely removed.
How the request reaches Fisher
The request is stored in Fisher’s marketing database. When notifications are enabled, an approved email provider delivers a copy to Fisher’s designated recipient; the database remains the record of the request.
Ask for earlier deletion
When Fisher contacts you, reply to that message if you want us to delete your request from the active service before the retention period ends.
